Hello LR Baggs,

Due to new Stagepro Anthem's excellent mic+piezo onboard combo, I want to replace my existing onboard Fishman Aura Pro with it on a smaller than OM sized guitar. As the Stagepro is 1/2" wider in size than Fishman, I have to cut far more wood than already is cut, for the insertion of it.

Will there be a smaller dimensions onboard retrofit Anthem Stagepro release in the near future? I want direct access from above and already have cut space. I am not interested in the inside installed Anthem and Anthem SL (I use feedback buster and dial onboard EQ).

Thank You!

Hi Zaggor,

There are currently no plans to make the Stage Pro preamp/control units in another size. We also have no plans of sizing them to be drop-in replacements for systems from another maker.

The Anthem systems(all three versions) use a specially-tuned crossover mixing circuit that prevents the Tru-Mic from operating in low frequencies where it would be prone to feedback.

The Anthem systems should allow you to shelve that Feedback Buster.
