    Please bear with me. I'm really a newbie. I bought a Gigpro for my acoustic with active pickup. However I'm not getting any sound from the amp. 9v battery is new in Gigpro. If I plug my guitar directly to the amp its fine but with the Gigpro in the middle there is not output sound. What am I doing wrong? Please advise. Thank you.
