Venue bad boost switch
The boost switch on my Venue is only working intermittently. The unit is a little over 2 years old. Most time I am getting no sound at all, if I depress it , then unexpectedly , I will either get the loud boost or normal sound. I emailed tech support but did not receive a reply. Is this something that is an easy fix I can do it at home? If not does Baggs accept units for repair or is there a way I can find out if there is an authorized repair shop locally that I can bring it to? Also is Baggs not good at replying to customers questions?
