M1 active question befor I buy

I am currently using a Seymore Duncan woody sound hole pick up in my Fylde guitar. It does give a lovely warm bassy sound but can suffer from quite a buzz when used in some venues which seems to be caused by an earthing problem, I have mainly fixed this by running a wire from the Jack socket in the guitar to the strings. The pick up has one big problem that it gives out very little signal to any sound desk. A friend has suggested I buy one of your M1 active sound hole pick ups, I have researched it and listened to it on You-tube and I am definitely interested in buying one, but first my question is will I still have the same earthing/ buzz problem using your pickup?

    Thanks :-)

Since the M1 active is a humbucking pickup, I would think that would solve your problem.

The M1A is an active pickup, so it has a much higher output compared to the passive Woody.
