LR Baggs A-REF wins MIPA award for
"Best Acoustic Amp"!

Following in the footsteps of the M1A & iBeam, the A-REF has been nominated for the prestigious MIPA award. More than 100 magazines from all over the world get together to vote for the best instruments and products of 2007/2008 in 40 categories. The winner will be announced this Friday March 13th at a special ceremony during the 2008 Musikmesse in Frankfurt, Germany. Click here for a list of all of the products nominated this year.

High-end acoustic guitar manufacturers continue to turn to LR Baggs for their amplification needs. Breedlove Guitars, Composite Acoustics, Gibson Guitars and Crafter Guitars have all chose LR Baggs systems for their new guitar lines. We are excited to be working with innovative and dedicated guitar companies such as these to help bring great plugged-in tone to their customers.

Breedlove Guitars has chosen the new EAS-VTC for their Performance Series models and M1's for both the beautiful Jeff Tweedy Limited Edition model and the Richard Gilewitz 12-string signature model.

Gibson Guitars has adopted a custom tuned IMIX system for their signature Emmy Lou Harris model.

Composite Acoustics has brought to market two new lines of all-carbon guitars, the Player & Performer Series, that come standard with LR Baggs Systems. The Players series utilizes the EAS-VTC and the Performer series comes with the IMIX system.

Crafter is using LR Baggs pickups for their new Slim-Arch guitar line as well as a number of new acoustic models.
