FRANKFURT -- For the second consecutive year,
the L.R. Baggs iBeam
has been awarded the Musikmesse International Press Award (also
known as M.I.P.A.) for
best guitar pickup. This honor gives L.R. Baggs an elite distinction
in an already elite class of product designers and manufacturers,
as only a select few companies have won this award twice for
the same product. The winners were chosen by the editors of
55 musical instrument and pro audio magazines representing 19
countries, making the M.I.P.A. "the 'Grammy' of the musical
instrument/pro audio industry."
